Review
After dutifully reading the 16 chapters of this rather naive book I had the feeling that the best I could do for the readers is to forget about it, although the author champions Islam claiming, for instance, that Islam must not be understood on the basis of Muslim behaviour (p. 36), and Islamic terrorism being a misnomer. (p. 7) Like a magician with a wand, constantly confusing law and facts on the ground, the author makes disappear disagreeable things about his religion according to the motto ‘what must not be, cannot be’. Typical is his dealing with alcohol which, according to him, exists not to be drunk but for allowing abstinent people to show their faith. (p. 38)
