Review

Zayn, a main character, is more enthusiastic about winning the fundraising competition, being held in Greenwood school which would take them to a camping trip, than understanding its significance of helping to rebuild schools destroyed by fire in Nepal. Mrs Morris and, his class, Grade 3 win.

Rumours abound well before they depart regarding the existence of a ghost at Camp Chimo. This makes some children mischievous and others nervous. At the camp, one day, immediately after fajr prayer, they hear a soft moan and sight a rising white billowing figure in the woods. The detectives were perplexed, how would the ghost have known they would be up for prayer at this time? At the camp food is awful which makes the children curious to know why an experienced chef cooks awful Pot-o-Mush. Such occurrences put their minds to test.
