Review

Even though a universal desire, people do not agree on how to define prosperity or how to achieve it. For some, prosperity is about accumulating as much wealth as possible, gaining huge profits, enjoying oneself by eating the best of food and drinks and travelling to exotic places. Others may think that wealth is not enough, as there are wealthy people who are not satisfied or gratified even with huge amounts of wealth. Some people may think that the best way to achieve prosperity is to have inner peace and tranquillity that can only be acquired through prayers and meditation, even if one is poor and with less financial resources. Others, the majority of ordinary people, may think that prosperity is not about having financial means or spiritual satisfaction but about securing a combination of many factors, such as having good health, being well-off or moderately rich, having a nice spouse and good children, and good relationships with relatives, friends and neighbours, etc. The common factor among all these ideas is an advanced state of what people believe to be prosperity, but they do not show the way to reach there. In other words, although perhaps all human beings seek prosperity, they, do not know what it is or what it entails or how best to achieve it....
