In this book, Abdallah Rothman presents a unique contribution to the revival of the field of Islamic Psychology. The culmination of four years of intense research, it has succeeded to present a new contribution to the field in the English language. This is significant given that much of the preceding work in this area is not yet available in the English language. The field of mental health and wellbeing has gained recent traction, with the increase in the presentation of mental health concerns at all levels, across all communities. The endeavour to cater to the needs of diverse groups has therefore become ever more imperative. This work provides a tangible resource for academics and practitioners alike. It further provides the foundations for the development of future resources aimed at supporting individuals towards increased holistic health and wellbeing.
